We are blessed.

I have to start my weekly update by saying Raja has returned!! In the middle of the night James got up to go potty and asked Matt for help with his pajamas. Matt then randomly decided to go downstairs and found Raja meowing at the door! He described it as a "what's this door doing closed" kind of meow. We are so happy that she came home. I have no clue where she could have been for a whole week. We walked everywhere around here and never saw her. We are very blessed that she came back safe and sound.

James was very happy to have Raja come back home!

Peter also officially turned six months this week which means the food adventures begin. So far he has tasted watermelon, cantaloupe, brown rice, and sweet potatoes. I would have to say the potatoes have been his favorite. He is not a very big fan of melon. I think it's a combination of the coldness and texture.

His stats from the doctor are in. As of today he weighs 18 lbs 6 oz and is 27 inches long. He is a very healthy chunky boy! I was told that typically doctors are very happy if the baby makes it to at least 20 lbs by one year. Peter is well on his way/weigh! ;) A lot of people we see, will remark on how big Peter is. This has happened so many times, now, that James always pipes in on how big he is getting! That is right James! You are also growing big and healthy!

I was also very excited today to find out we won the burger challenge! We still need to go down and get our prizes but we won something more than the T-shirt and certificate!

I am so excited! I love getting family pictures taken! It is even better when I win them! Thank you Fotos by Jeni! I am beyond happy!

This week was also very special because my brother Jason graduated from high school. I would have to describe my feelings on this, as bitter sweet. I am really proud of my brother and am excited for where he will go from this point on. However, I am going to miss him so much! Both my boys love him, he is a fun uncle, and a wonderful brother. One of my best friends without a doubt! Matt tells me not to be sad but rather be excited. For the most part I am, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't going to miss him! Here are the some photos of Jason's big day!

He's the one with peace sign up! It's actually his wave, lazy fingers ;)

Getting his diploma!

Being a great example to my boys!

I am very proud of him!

All of my siblings!

And here are some more pictures of during the ceremony.

Lucky for us Peter fell asleep near the beginning! We didn't have to entertain him very much at all! Happy boy!

Big family events are basically an oppurtunity for all the grandparents to get in some James and Peter cuddles!

Time for a funny story. The seniors start blowing up the balls like the one we see in the picture with James. And some of these balls blow down towards the bleachers. This kid jumped down to grab one. And then about five minutes later...

Curt jumps down and grabs them too! I was laughing so hard! But I have to admit James loves the ball grandpa Curt grabbed for him!

This was a day before the ceremony. The cake I decided to make for Jason's graduation. We had a little BBQ for him at our house and Matt gave him a gun. He also talked to him about being a man and the importance to provide, protect, and preside in the home.

To finish off the week by sweet "home-improvement" hubby installed a fan in our room! I love that wants to do all these projects. In the last month I have had a new sink faucet installed, washer and dryer stacked, and now this! What will he do next?!

This was a wonderful week! I feel so blessed with my wonderful family. I love being here for them and to be able to share in these important moments. Even when things get rough I love being able to look around and see all of God's blessings.
